NEW CONCORD, OHIO – The Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association announced its 2016 NCAA Division III All-Ohio teams on Tuesday afternoon. Capital University senior Claire Quinn was one of three women's soccer players to be named to the list, and the only first team selection.

Quinn, a Coto de Caza, Calif. native, is no stranger to the All-Ohio Team, now marking her third time she has been chosen for the honor. This year makes for Quinn's first First Team All-Ohio selection to go along with a pair of Third Team honors that came in 2014 and 2015. Quinn was tied for third on the team with five goals and led the Crusaders with five assists for a total of 15 points.

Making her fourth appearance on an All-Ohio team was Becca Cartmill (Temecula, Calif.), marking the first four-time honoree in Capital history. This year, Cartmill was tabbed a second team selection, her second such honor. In 2014 and 2015 she was placed on the first team. In 2016, the senior scored a team-best eight goals and added four helpers for 20 points.

Making her debut on an All-Ohio team is senior defender Monique Hanayik (Sidney, Ohio/Sidney) with second team laurels. After making the switch from midfield to defense, Hanayik continued to display a strong leg with three goals and one assist, while aiding in Capital's defense that surrendered just 25 goals, good for a 1.37 goals-against average.

The Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association is one of the oldest and most prestigious college soccer associations in the nation. The OCSA represents all National Collegiate Athletic Association divisions (NCAA), all National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics divisions (NAIA) and all National Junior College Athletic Association divisions (NJCAA) in Ohio.
